Compensation Disclosure

Advisors affiliated with the Spectre Group of Companies are typically compensated through commissions paid by insurance companies, financial institutions, or lenders when a product is placed.

Compensation structures may include:

  • Volume bonuses
  • Non-monetary benefits, such as educational conferences

Clients do not receive an invoice for insurance or investment advisory services unless specifically agreed to in writing.

Details regarding compensation will always be disclosed before implementing any product recommendation.

Conflicts of Interest

Spectre Group advisors are required to disclose any potential conflicts of interest that may arise during the course of providing financial advice.

Examples may include:

Where conflicts exist, they will be disclosed and managed to ensure recommendations remain aligned with the client’s best interests.

Complaint Handling Process

Spectre Group of Companies takes client concerns seriously and is committed to resolving complaints fairly and promptly.

If a complaint cannot be resolved internally, consumers may escalate concerns to the appropriate regulatory authority.

All advisors maintain the licensing and continuing education requirements set by their governing regulatory bodies.
